THis silver needle case is marked with only a makersmark. Looks like a kind of a rope? I have no idea where to search. Maybe you recognize this makersmark? Thanks in advance for your help!

Can you please make a few more clear enhanced images, different angels of the mark.
Also perhaps not a needle case but a Wax Seal Case, the initials PR on the seal are mirrored. The meaning of a bird with a twig in its beak is a symbol of peace, hope, and new life, originating from the biblical story of Noah and the Great Flood. The dove brought an olive branch back to the ark, signifying that the waters had receded and new life was possible.
