I'm trying to identify these candlesticks:

which have the following marks:

lion, bell and fleur de lis (?) These also have the marks 8179 and HBEP on the base as well. Any ideas appreciated!

the EP in the Mark HBEP indicates Electro plated. But for the rest of the marks i have at the moment no ideas.
