Unidentified marks on an Anchor Pin

Hi All,

Please can anyone help me identify the marks on a small silver Anchor that I have inherited.
We can clearly make out the 800 & what appears to be the maker. FREI
But we've not been able to find the other mark in the Encyclopedia images.
