Please help me identify this mark on silver earrings

Any help is greatly appreciated, I've had no luck in identifying the maker/location of these earrings.

I contacted Reed & Barton to ask them...this is their reply

"Hello, you have the Cashmere Band tea set that made from 1880-1885. The set sold for $55.00 during that period and it also had a coffee urn that sold for $33.00 and it is silver plated."

Reed & Barton Silver Set (newbie needs help)

Hi all,

I have a 5 pc silver set that is stamped "MFG & Plated by Reed & Barton" the number "3030" on all 5 pieces. The larger pieces have the numbers "6" and "7" stamped under the "3030"

I have searched and searched to find the pattern and date of this set. If anyone could help I sure would ...
