Hi, Any out there able to Identify this maker etc ?? It's a small serving type of fork. 6" long. Marked Sterling with one hallmark that I can't figure out.

Hi:
I can't Identify these very unique Sterling? Sugar Tongs. They have no markings whatsoever. Please take a look and see if you can help. They seem to be hand made versus made via a mold.
