Are these Candlesticks from Scotland? The Rampant Lion mark looks like the Scottish Mark but these were the only marks on the candlesticks so they could be American but I could not find this mark anywhere in my American Silver Books. Please Help!

EPNS Mark Identification Prince of Wales Feather in Hand
I am totally stumped on this one! I just cannot come up with a company or country of origin on this old Wine cooler. Its size is approximately 7.5 inches tall by 4 inches in diameter. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thank You, Johanna

This Snuffer was in a Gorham Bag. I don't think it is Gorham
This Candle Snuffer was in a Gorham Felt Bag but I have been unable to find this mark listed under anything published about Gorham. I have spent to many hours trying to figure this out. Can Anyone Help!!
