Any ideas?

This is marked "Hecho En Mexico S.D 0.925 with a underlined star" along with an "Eagle 108" hallmark.
I believe the Eagle 108 is associated with Rafael Domingez who has made similar pieces of jewelry.
But who is S.D?
I know Dominguez studied under Spratling so could it be "Spratling.Dominguez ...

I've tried searching for other items with the names: Lulu, Lula, Jale, Jule, Julu, Jula and haven't been able to find anything yet. If it had a Mexican makers mark I could probably narrow down the search but it doesn't. Any suggestions?

So far I've only managed to find the date for these, Date F9 = 1956, National Mark = Triple crown/Sweden, S = Silver Standard. At least I think ...
