Need Maker's Mark ID - Silver Bracelet from Portugal

Hi- I was hoping someone could ID the maker's mark on this bracelet. It's got an Portuguese assay mark of a small article, second standard, from Porto- an eagle? head facing left in a beveled rectangle with the number 833 below it. Thanks! That was very helpful.

I found this mark listed in "Trademarks of the Jewelry and Kindred Trades", a 1918 pub, and it notes this company as being out of business in 1915, so I'd hazard a guess these are from towards the end of the company's lifetime.
