Is there anyone who could specify who or more interestingly when this ring was made

We have gotten the ring re-looked and the numbers under the eagle's head are 835 so it is portuguese silver.

My mother bought this second hand silver ring from a retired jeweler who said this is a Russian 'icon ring'.
We don't practise orthodox relion and therefore don't really know anything about the background just thought the ring looked nice.

Hello, my mother has bought this set of two beakers from an antique shop in Estonia back in 1977 and we are trying to find out the age of the beakers and where they were made, also possible who made them.
