I am uncertain what this is, a fur or shoe clip? But it doesn't appear to clamp down. Has a clover with what looks like a Birmingham calligraphy E mark.

I need help identifying a mark on interesting bracelet I found at a garage sale. I have searched the web and never come across this mark, so perhaps it is just an artist/bench jeweler's mark? Anyone have any idea on a region?

First, thanks for your help. This forum has helped me in the past. I have a mark I am having trouble figuring out. I am attaching the photos. It appears to me Birminghan 1911? I can not make out the letters to the left.

They look like Tarco, Targe, Targs?
