Hello,

I can't bet I am %100 true about the origin of your item, but the name Engin sounds purely Turkish male name. If it is true, the name of the maker might be Engin with the 900 purification stamp indicates it was made in Istanbul , Turkey by a silversmith with that name.

Recently I bought a silver cased 1920s cushion shaped wristwatch. The first mystery about the watch is the silver case hallmarks. Hallmarks are as follows: Glasgow import mark, g date letter in cameo and DBS makers mark. Priestley's Watch case makers..., does not list Glasgow makers.But ...

Pocket Watch Fob with Chester Essay Mark

Hello Friends,

I bought a pw fob it has Chester essay office stamp and N date letter goes back to 1896. I would like to know who the maker might be? Your help shall be much appreciated. Maker's mark is CES without stop.
