Just checked again...no other marks anywhere on the outside or inside both compartments.

Not sure if the mark on the bottom is a hallmark or a monogram. There are no other hallmarks of any kind on this. Any help would be appreciated!

Here is a 5 1/4 inch long spoon with a squirell or a rabit on top. The hallmarks read "LMK" and "Y" and two I cannot make out. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I have a large silver ladle which is 14" long. The bowl of the spoon measures 4 3/4" by 4 1/4". It weighs aprox. 245 grams. It is monogramed with the date 1799.
The Hallmark looks to have been struch twice, each one showing only half of the mark. Putting them together it seems to read IPD 1769?. It ...

I would love to see more Swedish and Norwegian hallmarks shown on the "World Marks" section of this site.

Where can I find on the internet such things?

I have a plate with identical hallmark! Did you ever find an answer?
