i recently purchased a silver plated mustard pot/ tankard.
but i have a problem working out the marks underneith.
can anybody help me out please?
the first marking is like a trumpet followed byE.H

i have a birmingham set of hall marks , but something is wro
i have a pill box.
it has the anchor in a completly square cartouche.
followed by the lion in an oblong cartouche , but it has the corners cut off to give it eight sides.
that is followed by the letter h, in a square cartouche with the corners off again, and the makers mark is b& co.

the hall marks are as follows from left to right.
B& CO an anchor that tells me birmingham.
a silver mark for 925 sterling.
and the letter h but the h is curved both top and bottom on left and on bottom only of right hand side.
could it possible be 1831?
