Here's a cocktail shaker with the words "Made in France" on the bottom as well as the single hallmark; appears to be the initials T and L separated by a man on a horse facing left. Is anyone familiar with this? Sterling? Plate?
Thanks!

Help with French Hallmark
I need help identifying a silver hallmark on a deco-ish cocktail shaker. The only words are "Made in France" and a single hallmark: The initials T and L, separated by a man on a horse facing to the left.
Has anyone ever seen this one?
Many thanks!
