Tha spoon and the forks lace only the first hallmark.The knifes has two hallmarks.
The first mean 800 silver I think.
The second mean that is 20-25 grammars of silver on the knife?

No, this is Thomas William Daniels, who registered a series of marks between 1883 and 1912. There is also a very similar mark for Thomas William Dobson registered on 22 March 1886 but which is noted as "defaced" on 1 April 1886, presumably when the Assay Office realised that it was the same as ...
