Please advise if anyone recognizes this hallmark, maker, age etc. The mark is worn so it's not very visible. Marked 800 with a crown, a bird? and the last mark I haven't identified, If correct I believe it to be German in origin. Also what would this piece been used for, it's oval with handles and ...
