Norway silver and enamel brooch - anchor mark

I don't know if this will help or make matters worse. While searching for the maker to attach to this anchor mark I was given the following info:

Olaf Lindrup circa 1930 - 1940 used the anchor.
He started working at Bernhard Meldahl and they used the anchor.
BM sold his company circa 1948 to Hans ...
