Thanks for the info. I did a little digging and George K. Lowe worked for the D.M. Hawkins Company in Rhode Island. That company specialized in jewelry fittings and findings. The patent # in question was for a bracelet George Lowe designed. So, while the patent number on the back of the piece ...
