I have this set that seems to be silver and is marked as shown on all pieces.
I think it's silver (950 or so) but wondered if I was right and possibly anything
else you might know about it.
Thank you!

Oh, I see, thanks, well don't you think it could be CHINESE because I have seen them transpose letters on 1900-20's metal work, as in the word CHINA the N is often backwards.
I am trying to figure out the mark to the left of 'sterling' on the back of this piece. It is an early period art deco sterling and carnelian brooch or pin. Thank you and would love as much info as i can get and i really appreciate it, thanks, Tom
Hello,
I was wondering what these hieroglyphic type
animals or butterfly markings signified, maybe
Middle Eastern or Asian and not Italy but design
led me to Italian possibly,
thanks for your help,

I have this frame which looks to be silver, there is a hallmark on front bottom right, pics attached. I've tried to decipher what the mark is next to in white. Maybe it's 812/1000? I'm just wondering if anyone knows anything about this mark.
Thank you for your help, t http://i50.tinypic.com ...
Pentagram like mark with another hallmark with intertwined letters. Vase has snail handles, all hand wrought, hope it's old but is very clean. Only 2 3/8 inches tall. Do any of you know who made this and how old? ps: sorry mark pic isn't better, it's SO tiny. Thank you for all your help, t
I can find a jeweler by the name of Kristian Bernhard Hagen (in Ã…lesund (1862-1941) working 1889-1941)) but am not sure if that is the same as this maker of the spoon below, if anyone has any info I would appreciate it. thank you, t.
I can not find anything about a C.C. Coleman, the spoon is marked as shown, no other markings, measures 8 3/4 inches long, monogrammed "AJB" not sure on middle initial.
Thank you for all your help.

I am not sure but the only Cohr I can find on here is in a editorial about Danish makers but then in Danish marks I can't find Cohr or these hallmarks. Looks very early, and I am going to clean it soon, this is just how i got it.
I was wondering if that was right, and when this was from,
Hand hammered bowl with great German secessionist-era looking mark. There are no sterling marks but looks like coin silver because there is lots of wear on bottom but it is not worn through to a different colored base metal, though also looks lacquered. Thanks for all of your.
