Well, we know that the 800 is the silver content that is usually on German pieces. However, I am not as experienced as Pat or some of the others here that are amazing when it comes to marks like yours. I as yet am unable to locate that makers mark.

Thank you so much for the fast reply Sir Pat. This small pin is so delicate and I was sure that it was made for and worn by a woman in the 19th century. Lizzie Borden? It will remain a mystery. That's why I love this hobby. Thank you for you intelligence and assistance. Merry Christmas.
