Silver plate woven basket - unidentified marks

Hi there
I have this basket that has some unidentified marks to the base. In addition, each foot has the photographed diamond mark stamped on it.
I hope someone could identify the marks and let me know.

Not sure of the maker, but the diamond marks are the British Registry devices. For details see: http://www.925-1000.com/registry.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

The dates will provide you with the earlist possible, not the actual, date of manufacture.
