As Silverly suggests, the '11-2', is a Baltimore quality mark - 11 ounces, 2 pennyweights of silver in 12 troy ounces, indicating 925/1000 silver (sterling), and the shakers are typical Baltimore repousse work. Went ahead and moved it to the coin section, because the system was pretty much out of use by the mid 1850s, though I seem to recall that one of the Warners, along with Samuel Kirk, continued use of the numbers.
