Spoon of the Ancien Régime

this heavy table spoon probably 18th century bears marks which are hard to read. Does anybody know the head-mark? Next to the head it could be a R under crown, the second mark I cannot decipher and the third mark neither.

Your spoon was made in Paris in 1757. You have the date letter mark of a crowned R for 1757. The charge mark of a crowned A, and a discharge mark of a woman's head in profile facing left with her hair in a chignon, were both in use from 1756-1762. So there is concordance between these 3 marks. As for the fourth mark, it is a very distorted maker's mark, but I think I can make out the second letter: B,P, or R?
