Here's some information about heraldry and the coat of arms in question. I hope it provides some useful information.
The coat of arms show hatching so it's possible to deduce the colours:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hatching_(heraldry)
The fret is black and the shield is probably silver which would make this the coat of arms of the Tollemache family:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tollemache_family
In the corner there appears to be another shield which could be an augmentation of honour:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Augmentation_of_honour
It shows some vertical lines so the colour could be red but the charge is worn out. It could be a lion rampant.
Of course my deducing isn't 100% certain and there could be other several families using almost similar coat of arms but this is about the best I can say on the matter without any further information. Are there any initials or any other information which could give more hints?
