Ellis Barker Piece ?

Hi guys, just wanted some confirmation. I believe this is a Ellis Barker piece or Barker Ellis from 1912 ish. Also, would you just call this a divided serving tray?

Double Serving Dish.
I think Barker merged with Ellis much later.
