Bracelet stamp, origin unknown, inherited piece

I'm really hoping someone can help me identify this piece. My Mom said it was my Grandmother's or Great Grandmothers, I can't remember which. I have searched for the mark inside and I can't locate it. What I'm looking for is the maker and how old this might be.
