This is a silver necklace with marcasite and pearls. It is old and passed on through family. The only one identifying mark is so small it is about 1/16th of an inch. It is on the back next to the clasp part. It will barely show up in the photo, but I have drawn it by viewing it through a jeweler's loupe exactly as I see it. Has anyone ever seen this before? I have searched for this for ever. Without any other marks it is probably hopeless. It has lost some of the pearls and marcasite with age, but still looks pretty good.
Where I have written "mark is here" you can see two lighter blobs which are the hearts and to the right of the diagonal line on the shield shape are small horizontal lines. The hearts actually fill up the shield shape and the whole thing is as big as the "e" on the word "here".
I know this is a difficult one, and maybe nobody can answer, but I can at least give it a shot.
