silver drawer pulls help with marks

Hi,
I am want to post a picture but cannot get a good shot...... so this is what i have.
3 silver round drawer pulls ( they look hand hammered and arereally heavy)
circular part that attaches to drawer is marked F727 with inital BC
the round pull is marked F728 with a KBC mark
two questions....what does the f and numbers mean
and does anyone know the stamp?????? I would love any help and will try to get a pic.
