makers mark please, I'm completely stumped

Hello could anyone tell me the date and maker of my pocket watch I,m new to the forum and have no knowledge of silver I've been through the forum but with no luck ..... thanks

the makers mark is DBs the date mark looks like a Q

Sterling silver import mark..through London 1919.
