I would like to say a particular thank you to josstrom, JAKJO, and Hose_dk. All of the input you have given has been absolutely overwhelming and completely invaluable.
It has been a pleasure to sit back and watch the dialogue of experts in their field, sharing information and discussing possible conclusions - something I will definitely try and aspire to.
