C. F. Court has resigned his position as a director of Mappin & Webb, Ltd., Montreal, in order to return to England and enlist. F. E. Learmouth succeeds him.

Made in silver and ebonised, and which forms the cross-country challenge shield recently presented to the Dorset Regiment for inter-company competition by Lieut.-Colonel A. H. Chichester.
The shield was designed and manufactured by Messsrs. Mappin and Webb of 220, Regent Street, W.; 158-162, Oxford Street, W.; and 2, Queen Victoria Street, E.C.
