Well, we know that the 800 is the silver content that is usually on German pieces. However, I am not as experienced as Pat or some of the others here that are amazing when it comes to marks like yours. I as yet am unable to locate that makers mark.

900 not 800 is it still german

In photos looks like 800 but under loop looks like 900 and almost sure it is does this still make it german. thanks for help
