Can you please help me date this piece?

Tiffany & Co 17938A Makers Sterling M

I believe that it was made under John C. Moore II, circa 1907-1947

This site and bulletin board has been very educational and a great find. This first time poster thanks you for your help!

I cant be sure from your pic,you need a closer picture of the marks
but if it is how you said then it is
