I'm thinking maybe an eagle mark,anyone know the R.S.S. mark?

The tooled center looks like gold?

It's a slim Zippo lighter case.

I'm sure now it is a late eagle mark,and the number is 51,or possibly S1.

Anyone know who,where the 51 eagle mark represents?
