Dutch Spoon Family Crest or Heraldry

I posted this spoon under dutch silver but wondering if anyone that identifies Crests would understand if this is a family crest or some type of heraldry.
1800's solid silver spoon.. As you can see it has a knight or man on horse and birds along with some type of head in center with fleur de lis type scroll on top. If you want to see more photos of the spoon,look under Dutch silver section if you haven't allready seen it.

Those are the arms of the Polish Lithuanian Commonwealth with an inescutcheon of Vasa.
