Need help identifying hallmark on Candlestick Holder

Need help identifying hallmark on Candlestick Holder
Picked these up at a thrift store. These may not be American Hallmarks. First symbol looks like an arched swan or dragon head. Second might be a bell. And the last looks like some sort of Egyptian symbol. Any ideas? Picture isn't great, but you can get the idea. Thanks!

Awesome! As I looked over that I did think that looked Egyptian, but I never turned it upside down. Thanks so much though.
