Help with Hallmark on little brooch - All help appreciate

Hello,
Such a great resource - really appreciate any help and Thanks to the staff running the Forum.
Help needed on this hallmark on a silver paste brooch. As usual it's somewhat rubbed. Marked in two places, two marks on side of c clasp and duplicated marks on back of pin. Possibly eastern European or French or just made to look that way? Thanks.
