Help Identify Maker Mark - 835 Silver

Hi - I'm looking for some help from anyone who may recognize the partial maker's mark on this piece. It is a flower brooch and is stamped 835, so from researching it a bit it sounds like it is probably from Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, or Austria. Any help would be appreciated.

It looks to me like the last thing might be the letter A. There might be a G before that. And if I get really creative/imaginative I might be able to see a C before that. CGA? Thx in advance. - Barbara
