Brooch with possible Norwegian makers mark?

I'm pretty sure this brooch is Norwegian, but I cant seem to identify the makers mark. Can anyone one shed some light on its origin and who made it?

Bull Jansen & Prydz AS, Oslo - active in the 1920's, and included Hroar Prydz.

I posted the same question about a bracelet I had a while back, same marks. Tosten was very helpful in answering.
