Scales Mark no initials

I thought these were David Andersen but there are no initials and the scales seem a bit different. Only mark is 830s and scales.

Thanks for your response. The DA pieces I have date from the 50's + and are 925. Do you know to what period I could attribute these links?

David-Andersen have used this mark from 1940 and to the middle of the 50's
