Help Identifying Designer Initials on 14K Pea Pod Bracelet

Hello Everyone!
I have this unique 14K gold pea pod link bracelet that's beautifully crafted & weighty. It's signed with the initials "EC" beside a "585" within a raised oval cartouche. Is anybody familiar with anyone this could possibly be?
A search on Trademarkia.com pulled up Barry Cord but I'm doubtful of this being correct since he usually marks his pieces with a "14K".
Any help is much appreciated!
