"MARSH" mark on silver belt buckle, any info on th

Hello all, I would like to see if anyone has any info on this mark, or on the company if the mark is known. It is on a sterling belt buckle that I dug up at an old homesite while metal detecting. The back of the buckle reads "STERLING PAT AUG 21-17 MARSH". Here is a pic of the buckle front/back with a quarter added for size reference.
