Need help to Identify Marking

Good afternoon,

I am hoping someone can assist me? I have a Fleur di Lis Brooch, Sterling Silver, pretty ornate (looks to be stamped filigree on Solid Sterling), however, the Hallmark on the rear has caused me many, many headaches.

There is a fairly clear 925 stamp, and the other stamp is also fairly clear. It's this other stamp that I cannot identify.
There is a Triangle stamp with a capitol letter F at the top interior of the triangle, with what looks like two lower case letter o's beneath the Capitol letter F.
All of them are inside the triangle.
The 925 stamp is above the triangle and outside of it.

Can anyone help? I do have photo's, but for some reason, when i click on the "Img" tab in the message center here, it just inserts an HTML code. I don't know exactly what I'm doing here, so please bear with me. I can provide the photo's through e-mail if that helps.
