Very odd spoon

Hi: I purchased this spoon years ago, and wonder what it is. It is about 6 inches long, and heavy for its size. A leaden feel. The handle is flat, 1/4 deep, about 3/4 inch wide, with three figures. The top one looks like a religious figure, olden day priest with hands held in a staff position. The middle one is a more childlike figure holding what looks like a sword. The bottom person next to the spoon part is holding the other two up on a platform. Each on top of the other.
The back is rougher, but with letters if you are looking at it one way, and a design sort of Asian-ish writing the other. The letters look like either a G or a Y then either a L or a dash, then an A. When turned upright, it looks like a fanciful 4 on a line over a pi sign. Maybe just scribbles from the roughness. The spoon part is hammered by relatively smooth and about and inch and three quarters wide.

Any info anyone has about this would be much appreciated. Thank you.
