help hallmark period old silverplated(copper) candlestick

I found two candlestick in terrible condition, made in England, but cannot
identify the hallmark on it. I think it is very old (George III???) and it seems to be not silverplated but a sort of copper, not bronze.
he can be separated in several pieces, the bottom, the 4 coloms, and then the top also in 3pieces. The bottom is filled with some metal.
