This appears to be marked DOUBLE and then HJW in square also on clasp it is marked Patent.
Mark is a bit weak and I looked more closely with a loop and I know the H is correct but not sure about J and last letter is flattened or filled in and looks like a W.
Unsure of estimated age and maker.It has gold plated mesh inside the bracelet with pieces added on outside made like a wristwatch band.

Gold plated by chemical or electrochemical plating = 1 - 4 micron layer of fine gold and Doublé or rolled gold minimum layer 5 micron of fine gold.

Goldvlice-doublé = a layer of 16 karat gold.

I believe your bracelet to be made in Belgium.
