Please help identify this unknown mark. The design of the spoons leads me to believe they are early 20th century European. No other marks present. Thanks in advance.

No dear Hose, not Denmark but the Soviet Union and The Estonian Soviet Socialist Republic's capital Tallinn. The TJ stands for "Tallinna Juveelitehas/Tallinnskaja Juvelirnaja Fabrika". If I remember correctly the set is from around 1960-70.

The other mark (ц 0,76) stands for "tchena 0,76". It is Russian and means "price 0,76" Roubles i.e. 76 Kopek. The material is hardly silver because there is no silver mark. I think it German silver or perhaps stainless steel. Difficult to say from a picture only.
