I inherited this old silver plate holder from my grandmother who owned an antique shop. I have no idea of era or country of origin. I have looked all over this site and others, with nothing even close. Any help, even if it is an idea of country of origin would be a great help!

Just to assure you that we are not ignoring you! I suspect this is another of the many, many silver-platers' marks which is yet to be identified.

Hopefully someone will prove me wrong and provide an answer.
