Need Help Deciphering Signature on Necklace ??? by 5th?

I have not had any luck deciphering the signature on this necklace.
I've tried googling many variations of the first word to no avail.
I believe the 2nd two words are 'by 5th' or 'by 6th'.
Can you help?
