Uknown Ingot hallmarks

Could anyone please help identify the hallmarks on this piece.I have identified three as being a .925 sterling hallmark,a Sheffield assay hallmark and what i think is a 1975 date letter but the "RC" inside a hexagon has proved almost imposible for me to trace.

The RC mark is used by Carrs of Sheffield
